1. Overview

This website, leafzen.shop, is operated by Leafzen (“we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to everyone who visits our website or buys from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Payment Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Descriptions

We work to display our products, colours, sizes and specifications as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • Dimensions and weights are approximate.
  • Live plants grow naturally, so their size, leaf shape and variegation may vary slightly from product images. These natural differences are not considered defects.

Pothos plants are toxic if ingested. Please keep them out of reach of pets and children. Garden tools such as hand forks and trowels have pointed parts and should be handled with care.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
  • Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you place your order.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before shipping and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel your order.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • There is a pricing or product information error
  • We cannot verify your order details or delivery address
  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email. As payment is made on delivery, no charge is made for cancelled orders.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Email us at support@leafzen.shop with your order number.

7. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is made in cash to our delivery partner when your order arrives. There is no additional fee for Cash on Delivery. 8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States through our trusted delivery partners.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping time: 4–6 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (ET) on business days

9. Returns and Refunds

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, with free return shipping. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days by bank transfer or store credit, at your choice. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Use of Our Website

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Place false orders or provide false information
  • Attempt to access, damage or interfere with our website, systems or security
  • Copy, scrape or reuse our content without permission

We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who breaks these Terms.

All content on this website, including the Leafzen name and logo, text, product descriptions, images and design, belongs to Leafzen or is used with permission. If you submit a review, comment or feedback, you confirm that it is honest, based on your own experience and does not contain unlawful, offensive or misleading content. You allow us to display and use your review on our website and marketing materials. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not remove reviews simply because they are negative.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Maryland, unless your local consumer protection laws give you the right to bring a claim in your own state.
